I've stayed at Riviera On Ruthven before, and it was worth returning with my 18-month-old baby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with fresh milk for tea. The breakfast selection was good and a great way to start our day. Nearby landmarks like Laurel Bank Park and the Japanese Garden were perfect for family bonding. Always a pleasure staying here!

Amazing hotel where a satisfactory breakfast was served. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our reasonably large queen room with a comfy bed was arranged. The location to everything here was great and easy. The food was fine and exceptional, included coffee and tea...

The location was convenient, giving me easy access to shops and restaurants, which was a definite plus. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the outdoor swimming pool; it was nice to unwind a bit after a long day of meetings. The fact that breakfast was included was a rare luxury these days, and having that extra perk enhanced my stay. The covered parking also provided peace of mind as there were storm warnings during my visit, and I was glad to keep my vehicle protected.

The TV situation was a real nightmare. It took forever to turn on, and the remote was totally confusing. Plus, I could never figure out the channels—at one point, it even crashed on me! So frustrating!

I had a pleasant stay at the Riviera. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main park, which was perfect for getting some exercise. I appreciated the breakfast options, particularly the tasty homemade jams and delicious muesli. The room was clean and well-equipped with a small kitchenette. I also found the separate toilet a nice feature, as it made our stay more comfortable, especially with multiple adults sharing space. The staff were friendly and made the check-in process seamless.
All good, but🐶 the dog in the dining room was off-putting.

A Good Stay in Toowoomba
I was eager to visit St Luke's Anglican Church and chose the Riviera for its excellent location nearby. This hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent accommodation and genuine hospitality in the heart of Toowoomba City. The ample parking and on-site café made it so convenient to enjoy the surroundings. I loved that they offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a free continental breakfast, which was a lovely start to each day. The layout of the rooms is very effective, providing a comfortable stay that felt spacious and homely.
Milk for tea would be nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room we stayed in! It was great for our large family, and the location couldn’t be better—lots of restaurants nearby. Plus, the continental breakfast was a nice touch, especially those homemade jams!
The place feels pretty outdated and needs some serious TLC! The shower was tricky to get warm, and the parking was a nightmare. There were also some quirky issues, like the dog wandering around during breakfast. Not what I expected!
